Description of Service
LinkDisguiser provides a URL shortening service that creates short links (iu.pe) that redirect to your original URLs.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use LinkDisguiser to:
- Create links to illegal content
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful software
- Engage in phishing or fraud
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Spam or send unsolicited bulk messages
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
Link Removal
We reserve the right to disable or remove any shortened link that violates these terms or is reported as abusive, without prior notice.
No Warranty
LinkDisguiser is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Continuous, uninterrupted access to the service
- That links will remain active indefinitely
- The accuracy of click statistics
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkDisguiser and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
Indemnification
